Dr Amna Sheri is a London-based consultant medical oncologist.
She has expertise in all areas of systemic therapy for early and advanced breast cancer, such as adjuvant therapy, neo-adjuvant therapy, immunotherapy, secondary breast cancer treatment, new biological and targeted treatments, and breast cancer in young women.
Dr Sheri received her medical degree from Imperial College London in 2004 and trained in medical oncology at the Royal Marsden Hospital. She then received an MD research degree from the Institute of Cancer Research for her work on predicting outcomes after neo-adjuvant treatment. She became a consultant medical oncologist at the Royal Free Hospital in 2015, specialising in breast cancer and melanoma.
Dr Sheri is an active researcher, focusing on the application of prognostic and predictive biomarkers in early breast cancer. She has a large number of publications in peer-reviewed journals and has presented her work at both national and international conferences.
