Dr Shaaira Nasir is a London based Consultant Dermatologist practising at the BMI London Independent Hospital and the Skin 55 clinic on Harley Street. Dr Nasir underwent medical training in Ireland and the UK, completing her dermatology training at a number of London's prominent teaching hospitals including The Royal London Hospital and The Royal Free Hospital. She sees a broad range of skin conditions and is able to provide medical, surgical and aesthetic treatments.
Her areas of clinical interest include acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, mole checks, skin cancer, skin infections, hyperhidrosis, anti-ageing consultations and treatments. Dr Nasir also has a special interest in the field of cosmetic dermatology and was awarded a Distinction for her MSc. in Skin Ageing and Aesthetic Medicine. Dr Nasir is involved in both academic research and teaching. She is author on a range of peer-reviewed medical publications in the field, has presented at international conferences, and enjoys teaching both doctors and medical students.
